It's awful, just Russia trying to make more land claims I disagree with that. It is a way to control the poor in Europe. War will be used forever and always to suppress the people. In addition, generally, people are pro-seperatist if it is against a horrendous government (even if it is backed by a horrendous government). What makes this war different from Kenya, Poland, DR of the C, Brazil, Mexico? IMO, I am pro-Ukraine in this Conflict, not because I support Ukraine but because, one, my voice doesn't make a difference of two cents, and two, I see them as the less bloody road. Every victorious Civil War has very high tensions between the mother country, and the separatist movement is essentially trying to start a Civil War. I expect for the next few years for the separatists to morph into a guerilla/terrorist movement once their territorial claims are rebuffed.

Ukraine effed up permanently by suppressing Euromaiden. Can anyone tell me what is this even about!? Euromaiden was a set of demonstrations that called for the removal of corruption, true integration of democracy, and independence from Russia. The demonstrations were either ignored, or suppressed.

Oh hey! The Russian annexation of Crimea? It was done so that Russia has a control of Warm Water port. It wouldn't had happened if Ukraine was a Russian Ally though

Based on how Geography affects the Geopolitics!

Rostov-Na-Donu: Am I a joke to you? Unfortunately, it hasn't the right geographic position. Rostov-Na-Donu is sheltered, with a good port. the Russians sealed their own fate when trying to build a bridge to Crimea, sealing off the Sea Of Azov.
